Use of Services

You agree to use Bee Fit Health Club’s Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You may not misuse our Services, interfere with normal operations, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or engage in conduct that disrupts other members or staff.

Membership and Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Bee Fit Health Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of Services.

Payments and Billing

Membership fees, class fees, and other charges are processed through third-party payment and gym management providers, including Club Automation.

Bee Fit Health Club does not directly store full payment card information and is not responsible for errors, outages, or issues caused by third-party payment processors.

You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize recurring charges where applicable.

Mobile Application and Third-Party Platforms

Bee Fit Health Club offers access to Services through a mobile application powered by Club Automation.

Your use of the mobile application is also subject to Club Automation’s own terms, conditions, and policies. Bee Fit Health Club does not control and is not responsible for the functionality, availability, or security practices of third-party platforms.

We may suspend or modify app-related features at any time without notice.

Facility Rules and Conduct

You agree to comply with all posted gym rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions while using Bee Fit Health Club facilities.

We reserve the right to deny access or terminate membership for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

You assume all risks associated with physical exercise and use of fitness equipment.

Intellectual Property

All content on ourual website, mobile application, and marketing materials, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is owned by or licensed to Bee Fit Health Club.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bee Fit Health Club is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, facilities, website, or mobile application.

This includes, but is not limited to, service interruptions, third-party system failures, loss of data, or injuries sustained while using the facilities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bee Fit Health Club, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Bee Fit Health Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
